Our Policies

Thank you for choosing Brooke Ann Makeup & Beauty!
Prior to booking your appointment, please kindly read all information and policies/T&C’s to make sure you are fully informed.

When booking a non - refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is specified upon booking depending on the chosen service. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Eftpos or cash is accepted.

After 10mins of lateness, a $20 fee will automatically apply. NO exceptions.
If you arrive less than 15mins late, your service time will not be extended and the full amount will still be charged. Arriving late may result in incompletion of the service or a loss in quality. Appointments will be automatically cancelled after 15mins and the remainder of your service will charged.

Cancellations less than 24hrs will be charged the remainder of the service excluding the deposit. A new deposit will be required in order to re-book.

To reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hrs notice.
You are allowed to reschedule your appointment ONCE within 3 months of the original booking. After 3 months the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit is required in order to re-book.
If you reschedule in less than 24hrs a 50% charge will incur for that service, excluding deposit.

In rare cases, it is possible to develop an allergic reaction to a lash lift, wax, lamination, tints or dye. Please consult a physician at your own expense. No refund will be issued.

You are paying for an artists time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a quality service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products.

Public Holiday

15% surcharge fee applies to all services booked on a public holiday.
